Payroll Manager - Maternity Leave

A secondary school in Northampton is looking for a skilled Payroll, Pensions & Benefits Manager to take ownership of delivering an accurate, timely, and compliant payroll service. • Manage and process monthly payroll for all staff
• Administer benefits and pension schemes (LGPS and Teachers’ Pension)
• Ensure compliance with HMRC and statutory regulations
• Handle payroll reconciliations, reporting, and third-party submissions
• Provide expert payroll advice to staff and schools
• Drive process improvements and maintain data integrity

You’ll work closely with our People & Culture and Finance teams to deliver a seamless payroll experience across the organisation.

• Proven experience in payroll management
• Strong knowledge of pensions and benefits administration
