$45,000.00/yr - $55,000.00/yr
Responsibilities- Build meaningful relationships with clients while fulfilling their requests.
- Handle client issues from start to finish, ensuring effective communication and successful outcomes.
- Build your knowledge base to become a go‑to resource for clients and coworkers.
- Assist clients in processing their payroll accurately and on time. You’ll also support their time management, recruiting, onboarding, and provide guidance on all our HR modules.
Enjoy problem solving: you are someone who can take a step back and look at the bigger picture to determine why and how something occurred and relay that to others clearly.
Are organized and analytical: you can organize multiple tasks by priority, are comfortable working with numbers, and can spot when things “don’t look right”.
Are a natural people person: you enjoy making others happy and are willing to go above and beyond to meet the needs of our clients and the rest of the Checkwriters team.
