Responsibilities- Process customers’ orders and deliver software license daily
- Process incoming customer inquiries and pass leads to sales team
- Send renewal quotes, follow up on renewals, and collaborate with the sales team to ensure timely renewals
- Communicates client needs and demands to company
- Coordinate with staff members working on the same account to ensure consistent service
- Other related work required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem solving skills
- Strong computer skills
- Associate (Preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
