Senior Program Manager, Maritime Imaging Systems International Business

$200,000 – $220,000 per year

My client is hiring a Senior Program Manager to lead and grow its Maritime Imaging Systems International business, delivering mission‑critical imaging and undersea capabilities to customers around the world under FMS and DCS contracts.

If you’re already operating at the portfolio level, briefing executives, owning Earned Value and leading complex programmes end‑to‑end, this is where your experience really counts.

• Full ownership of a high‑visibility international portfolio, reporting directly to the GM
• Accountability for cost, schedule and technical performance across multiple programmes
• Executive‑level customer engagement and programme reviews
• Earned Value ownership, recovery planning and performance leadership
• Contract negotiations, change orders and scope expansion
• Leadership of cross‑functional engineering, manufacturing and operational teams
• Growing the product line through production orders, technical change and adjacent markets

• Strong defence programme leadership experience with international customers
• Experience taking programmes from development into production / LRIP
• Confidence operating in fast‑paced, executive‑visible environments
• Onsite availability in Northampton, MA (no hybrid or remote)
