Maintenance Mechanic - Night Shift

$35-$42/hr + shift premium $3/hr — full-time night shift.

• Resolve day-to-day technical problems on production lines, ensuring equipment compliance with procedures and process specifications.
• Repair and maintain production equipment, machinery, or instruments to function reliably and meet process specifications.
• Perform skilled maintenance and repair services of facility or production plant systems: mechanical, electrical, building, or production line systems.
• Conduct building maintenance and troubleshooting to meet or exceed plant and departmental goals while ensuring safe completion of tasks.
• Complete lift training courses and safely operate a forklift and high reach.
• Utilize CMMS to track all work and properly troubleshoot and maintain production lines and/or batching/processing equipment.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent;
  Associate’s or technical degree preferred.
• Passing score at tech 1 level of Maintenance Technician test.
• 3‑5 years of manufacturing maintenance experience with diagnostic, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance experience.
• Working knowledge of PLC, mechanical, electrical, lubrication, fabrication, pneumatic, and hydraulics.
• Prior welding experience preferred.
• Skills:
  
  blueprints, CMMS, electrical systems, fabrication, GMP, hand tools, manufacturing maintenance, mechanical maintenance, preventive maintenance programs, problem solving, PLC, schematic reading, welding.

Pay Range: $46,800 - $57,200
