The Registered Nurse position is part of the Massachusetts Nurses Association Bargaining Unit.
Job Summary7:00 a.m. – 7:30 p.m.; rotating weekends and holidays.
The Registered Nurse delivers patient care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The RN directs and coordinates all nursing care for patients based on established clinical nursing practice standards and collaborates with other professional disciplines to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and the achievement of desired patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Deliver patient care in accordance with the nursing process.
- Coordinate all nursing care for patients, adhering to clinical practice standards.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide effective and efficient patient care.
- Ensure achievement of desired patient outcomes through quality care delivery.
- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing required; BSN preferred.
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts.
- BLS certification required.
- Med/Surg experience preferred.
- Excellent technical, interpersonal, organizational, oral, and written communication skills.
