Shift Charge RN - Childbirth Center

The Shift Charge Nurse at Cooley Dickinson Hospital provides clinical and administrative leadership during their shift, ensuring high-quality patient care and operational efficiency. This role is ideal for experienced nurses looking to take on a leadership position in a dynamic healthcare environment.

• Pay: $42 - $73/hour
• Location: Northampton, MA
• Facility: Cooley Dickinson Hospital, Inc.
• Schedule: Full-Time, Night shift (7:00pm - 7:30am, includes rotating weekends and holidays)

• Provide clinical and administrative leadership on shift.
• Report to the Nurse Manager/Director.
• Operate within established organizational and departmental policies and procedures.

• Other Certificate/Diploma in Nursing required, Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.

• Three (3) years current experience in relevant clinical specialty required.
• Current experience must be within two years of hire into the Shift Charge position.

• Current RN License in Massachusetts required.
• Basic Life Support certification required.
