RN - Operating Room, per diem

The Registered Nurse in the Operating Room is responsible for delivering patient care through assessment, diagnosing, planning, implementation, and evaluation. This per diem role is ideal for nurses who excel in a fast-paced surgical environment and are committed to patient advocacy.

• Pay: $42 - $73/hour
• Location: Northampton, MA
• Facility: Cooley Dickinson Hospital, Inc.
• Schedule: Per Diem

• Deliver patient care through the nursing process.
• Direct and coordinate all nursing care for patients.
• Perform the role of Circulating Nurse in the Operating Room.
• Provide safe and effective care to surgical patients.
• Meet the physiologic and functional needs of anesthetized patients.

• Other Certificate/Diploma in Nursing required, Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred

• 1 to 3 years Operating Room experience required

• Current RN License in Massachusetts required
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required within 3 months of hire
• PALS or ENPC required within 3 months of hire
