As an Installer Helper, you'll assist our lead installers with bathroom remodeling projects while learning valuable installation skills.
Responsibilities:- Assist with the installation of premium acrylic bath and shower systems
- Load, unload, and transport materials and tools to job sites
- Support lead installers with demolition, preparation and installation tasks
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Protect customers' homes during installations
- Help measure, cut, and prepare materials as directed
- Communicate professionally with homeowners
- Complete job site cleanup and disposal of debris
- Ensure installation vehicles remain stocked with necessary tools and materials
We're looking for someone with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
Preferred Qualifications:- Construction, remodeling, carpentry, or general labor experience preferred but not required
- Ability to use basic hand and power tools
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 100 pounds
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and on your feet throughout the day
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn a skilled trade
