** Access Control/Badge Experience (B201)
** Candidates should have prior experience with access control systems and badge management. This includes familiarity with issuing, tracking, and managing access badges for employees and visitors.

** Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet (B204)
** Candidates must be proficient in using computers or tablets for daily tasks. This includes navigating software applications, managing emails, and utilizing online resources effectively.

** Customer Service Experience (B219)
** Candidates should possess a background in customer service, demonstrating strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to providing excellent service to clients and customers.

** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, access-control requirements, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

+ Monitor access points at a logistics and distribution location; verify visitor, employee, contractor, and delivery credentials in accordance with site procedures.

+ Control entry and exit of vehicles, personnel, and deliveries, maintaining required access logs and communicating discrepancies to site leadership.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility, loading areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized access and identify security-related concerns.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Access control/badge experience is preferred.

+ Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
