** Access Control/Badge Experience (B201)
** Candidates should have prior experience with access control systems and badge management. This includes familiarity with issuing, tracking, and managing access badges for employees and visitors.

** Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet (B204)
** Candidates must be proficient in using computers or tablets for daily tasks. This includes the ability to navigate software applications, manage emails, and utilize online resources effectively.

** How This Role Works:*

** Fixed-Shift Commitment ("Anchor Shifts"):
** You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.

** Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program:
** In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It's all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build-up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

** Responsibilities:*
* + Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and/or employees by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

+ Monitor entry and exit points at a logistics and distribution location; verify credentials, manage visitor and driver sign-in processes, and maintain accurate access records.

+ Control access for delivery vehicles, contractors, and authorized personnel in accordance with site requirements; communicate access concerns to appropriate site contacts.

+ Respond to access-related incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and follow established reporting procedures.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas, including entrances, loading docks, parking areas, and perimeter locations, to help to deter unauthorized access and identify security-related concerns.
