** Access Control/Badge Experience (B201)
** Candidates should have prior experience with access control systems and badge management. This includes familiarity with security protocols and the ability to manage access to facilities effectively.

** Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet (B204)
** Candidates must be proficient in using computers or tablets for daily tasks. This includes the ability to navigate software applications, manage emails, and utilize digital tools for communication and documentation.

** Customer Service Experience (B219)
** Candidates should possess a background in customer service, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues effectively. Experience in a customer-facing role is highly desirable.

** How This Role Works:*

** Fixed-Shift Commitment ("Anchor Shifts"):
** You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.

** Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program:
** In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It's all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build-up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

** Responsibilities:*
* + Provide customer service to drivers, visitors, contractors, and employees by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.

+ Monitor access points, verify credentials and delivery appointments, maintain visitor and contractor logs, and direct authorized personnel and vehicles to designated areas.

+ Observe vehicle and pedestrian traffic at entrances and exits, report unauthorized access attempts or irregular activity, and assist with maintaining orderly site access.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, loading areas, parking areas, and the perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by location.
