** Access Control/Badge Experience (B201)
** Candidates should have prior experience with access control systems and badge management. This includes familiarity with issuing, tracking, and managing access badges for employees and visitors.

** Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet (B204)
** Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in using computers or tablets. This includes the ability to navigate software applications, manage emails, and utilize digital tools effectively.

** Candidates should possess a background in customer service. This includes experience in interacting with customers, addressing inquiries, and providing solutions in a professional manner.

** How This Role Works:*

** Fixed-Shift Commitment ("Anchor Shifts"):
** You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.

** Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program:
** In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It's all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build-up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

** Responsibilities:*
* + Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, access-control protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.

+ Monitor access points, verify credentials and/or visitor authorization, maintain visitor logs, and direct authorized personnel, drivers, and deliveries in accordance with site procedures.

+ Respond to incidents, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; communicate observations to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as appropriate.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, loading areas, parking areas, the business, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.

+ Prepare clear, accurate reports and complete required documentation for incidents, visitor activity, access-control activity, and shift handoffs.
