** Access Control/Badge Experience (B201)
** Candidates should have prior experience with access control systems and badge management. This includes familiarity with issuing, tracking, and managing access badges for employees and visitors.

** Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet (B204)
** Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in using computers or tablets. This includes the ability to navigate software applications, manage emails, and utilize digital tools effectively.

** Customer Service Experience (B219)
** Candidates should possess a background in customer service. This includes experience in interacting with customers, resolving inquiries, and providing support in a professional manner.

** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures, policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.

+ Monitor access points, verify visitor, contractor, and driver credentials, maintain entry records, and direct authorized personnel to designated areas within the logistics and distribution location.

+ Help to deter unauthorized entry by observing incoming and outgoing traffic, reporting unusual activity, and following established escalation procedures.

+ Respond to incidents, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders as directed.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, loading areas, parking locations, and the business perimeter, documenting observations and reporting maintenance or security-related concerns.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Access control and badge experience is preferred.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
