** 3.1 Access Control/Badge Experience (B201)*
* + Candidates must demonstrate familiarity with access control systems and badge management.

+ Experience in managing access to secure areas and understanding of safety protocols is preferred.

+ Candidates may be required to provide examples of previous roles where they utilized access control systems.

** 3.2 Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet (B204)*
* + Candidates must exhibit proficiency in using computers or tablets for daily tasks.

+ Familiarity with basic software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, email platforms) is essential.

+ Candidates may be assessed through practical tests or interviews to evaluate their comfort level with technology.

** 3.3 Customer Service Experience (B219)*
* + Candidates must have prior experience in customer service roles.

+ Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, resolve conflicts, and provide exceptional service is required.

+ Candidates should be prepared to discuss specific scenarios where they successfully handled customer inquiries or complaints.

** How This Role Works:*

** Fixed-Shift Commitment ("Anchor Shifts"):
** You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.

** Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program:
** In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It's all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build-up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

** Responsibilities:*
* + Provide customer service to employees, visitors, drivers, and/or vendors at a logistics and distribution location while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and emergency response activities as appropriate.

+ Monitor access points, verify identification and authorization, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate access-control records in accordance with site policies.

+ Control entry and exit of vehicles, deliveries, and personnel, following established procedures for truck traffic, loading areas, and restricted locations.

+ Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; communicate observations to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, the business, perimeter, parking areas, and loading zones to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.

+ Access control/badge experience is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
