Key Responsibilities

* Collating and entering employees' daily hours into spreadsheets.

* Reconcile payroll data and resolve discrepancies promptly.

* Respond to employee payroll queries professionally and confidentially

Liase with clients to agree payroll costing/generate PO numbers

Skills

Previous experience in payroll processing.
Strong numerical and analytical skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and payroll software.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Timely resolution of employee payroll queries.
Accurate payroll reporting and record keeping.

Woking Hours

Mon - Fri 7am - midday ( we can be flexible) 25 hrs per week £13.25 per hour
