Accountant – Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
London (Hybrid)
Up to £45,000 + Benefits
Permanent
Key Responsibilities:- Process, verify, and reconcile supplier invoices ensuring timely and accurate payments.
- Prepare and issue customer invoices, allocate receipts, and follow up on outstanding balances.
- Maintain accurate financial records, including posting transactions and completing reconciliations.
- Monitor aged debtor and creditor reports, resolving queries with suppliers, customers, and internal teams.
- Support month-end processes including reconciliations and documentation for reporting and audits.
- AAT qualified or actively working towards full qualification.
- Previous experience within media or production environments would be highly beneficial.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
- Confident communicator with the ability to build strong working relationships.
- Proficient user of accounting systems and Microsoft Office.
