We’re partnering with a renowned International organisation who are hiring an Accounts Payable Assistant to join otheir finance team in Brackmills, Northampton, with an immediate start available.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working in a busy AP environment, managing multiple priorities and finding ways to improve processes.

You’ll be working with Net Suite, handling invoices, expenses and credit card reconciliations across multiple currencies, while helping keep the AP function running smoothly.

What you’ll be responsible for:

• Process and manage high volumes of supplier invoices in Net Suite, ensuring accurate coding, timely approvals and prompt payment.
• Process employee expenses and ensure transactions are accurately recorded and reconciled.
