Control Room Administrator Morning Shifts (Monday to Friday)
National Operations Centre, Northampton
- Pay: £14,092 per year (20 hours per week)
- Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 08:00–12:00 - Employment type:
Permanent, part-time - Overtime available – up to 42 hours per week
- Monitoring live staffing and attendance across multiple sites
- Managing incidents where staff are late, absent, or require urgent support
- Monitoring welfare check calls and acting promptly if someone goes quiet
- Responding to duress alerts and escalating incidents calmly and accurately
- Handling calls and emails from sites and managers during peak start‑up hours
- Recording incidents and actions clearly and accurately
- Supporting smooth handovers into the wider daytime operation
- Confident using multiple computer systems at once
- Calm under pressure and able to prioritise effectively
- Naturally organised, accurate, and detail‑focused
- Comfortable communicating with managers, clients, and site staff
- Reliable and committed to a Monday–Friday working pattern
Experience in admin, operations, call handling, logistics, or live monitoring environments would be an advantage.
