We have a new opening in Brackmills Northampton for a Back Office Customer Service Coordinator to join our team on a full-time basis.
This role is responsible for the data management and placement for fulfilment of orders, system maintenance, EDI flows, generating & maintaining data reports within the Back Office Customer Service (Fulfilment) team.
The working hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
As a Back Office Customer Service Coordinator, you will:- Daily order processing within predefined timescales
- EDI mapping and maintenance
- Validation and controls on daily order volumes
- Ensure all fulfilment requirements are in place for back orders in line with business SLAs
- Troubleshoot and resolve electronic orders that fail within the order processing system
- Respond to queries and requests within the team’s shared inbox in a timely manner
- Investigate orders that have not reached fulfilment
- Root cause analysis
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers (GHX)
- Help in the validation and collation of the reporting requirements (including adhoc reports)
- Analytical support and dashboard creation
- Successful experience in using JDE or Sales Force (and/or any similar systems)
- High volume order processing
- Good problem solving skills (e.g. conduct root-cause analyses)
- Good application of data risk management
- Process driven
- Strong attention to detail / accuracy
- Ability to meet tight deadlines
