Business Administrator Apprentice supporting office operations, document control, finance admin, client liaison and compliance processes. Working closely with management to support reporting, coordination and day‑to‑day business administration. The role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of Voltametric Electrical Contractors Ltd and is designed to provide structured on‑the‑job learning while supporting the wider business with essential administrative coordination and organisational tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Support office operations such as document control, filing and maintaining digital and physical records in line with company procedures.
  • Assist with the preparation and management of documents including contracts, purchase orders, timesheets, reports and general correspondence.
  • Support finance administration activities: processing invoices, raising purchase orders, assisting with cost tracking and supporting month‑end reporting under guidance of the finance and management team.

Salary will be between £7.60 and £10.00 per hour depending on experience. Standard hours are Monday – Friday 8.00 am – 4.00 pm with a 30‑minute lunch break, totaling 37.5 hours a week. The role has a duration of 21 months.
