Service Administrator

Our Client is a Commercial Vehicle Maintenance Operation, with a great reputation and they are currently seeking a Workshop Administrator to join their team based in Wellingborough.

• Creating and managing job cards from initial defect through to completion
• Recording technician time clockingand parts allocation
• Processing retail and fleet invoicing
• Assisting with service contract and warranty claim processing (full training provided)
• Weekly consolidation of out-of-contract costs
• Supporting the service team with day-to-day administration
• Resolving invoice queries with suppliers
• Chasing outstanding purchase orders to ensure timely approvals
• Acting as a first point of contact for customer enquiries

• Previous experience within an automotive administration role would be preferred
• Full UK Driving License
• The ability to work efficiently as an individual but also as part of a job share team
• Trade knowledge and strong administrative skills
• Motivated with a desire to enhance their knowledge
