- Provide administrative support: diary management, data entry, filing, photocopying, document presentation.
- Reception and visitor management.
- Event and trip support.
- Pupil and staff support.
- Medical and welfare support.
- Communication and marketing.
- Compliance and confidentiality.
- Good level of education or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Experience of working in a similar administrative role.
- Strong administrative skills.
- Empathy in dealing with stakeholders.
- Clear understanding of data protection and GDPR in an educational setting.
- Excellent communication and people skills; able to manage workloads.
