This role is ideal for someone starting their career or looking for an apprenticeship opportunity. No previous experience is required — we are looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the willingness to learn within a busy and fast-paced environment.
You will play a key role in supporting their sales and operations teams by helping manage customer orders, maintaining communication with customers, and ensuring a smooth order journey from placement through to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Processing and inputting customer orders into internal systems
* Providing order updates and delivery information to customers
* Responding to customer enquiries via email, phone, and e-commerce platforms
* Sending shipping notifications and tracking details
* Supporting the sales team with administrative tasks
* Proactively checking in with customers regarding orders and satisfaction
* Assisting with general office administration and record keeping
* Helping maintain a high level of customer service across all sales channels
Skills & Attributes
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Good organisational ability and attention to detail
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn
* Ability to work as part of a team in a busy office environment
* Basic computer literacy (email, spreadsheets, and office software)
* Interest in the automotive industry is beneficial but not essential
