What you will be doing

Ricoh is recruiting a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join our Settlements & Terminations team based in Northampton. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative experience who can manage multiple priorities and deliver a high standard of service in a fast-paced environment.

You will play a key role in ensuring settlement requests and related processes are completed accurately, efficiently, and in line with company policies and legal requirements. A strong focus on meeting service level agreements (SLAs) and delivering excellent customer service is essential.

  • Processing all settlement requests accurately and within agreed SLAs, ensuring compliance with company policy and regulatory requirements
  • Handling incoming queries from both internal and external customers, providing timely and professional support
  • Managing correspondence effectively, maintaining organised records and responding within agreed time frames
  • Developing a strong understanding of lease agreements (service and rental) and identifying opportunities for process improvement
  • Working collaboratively within the Settlements team to deliver a consistently high level of customer service
You will ideally have
  • Proven experience in an administrative role
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Confident working both independently and as part of a team
  • Good analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel; experience of Oracle or Siebel an advantage
  • Ability to interpret data and present information clearly
  • A proactive, positive “can-do” attitude with a focus on continuous improvement
