The Student Futures' Placements Team provides support, guidance and administrative services for students, academic programme teams and the organisations that provide placement opportunities that are assessed as part of a student's course.
The University is seeking an experienced, client focused coordinator to provide professional administrative services. You will be undertaking a range of activities, working with academic teams and organisations providing placements, delivering exceptional services to our students.
Skills, Knowledge & ExperienceYou will need to be able to follow procedures as well as work using your own initiative. With a proven track record of coordinating administration tasks, you will need to demonstrate success in delivering excellence in customer service.
Working alongside other co-ordinators, you will be expected to ensure that your own and team deadlines are met for the areas of responsibility, with a high degree of accuracy. The role requires you to use a range of communication skills, in person , over the telephone and through IT systems and technologies.

Qualifications Essential- GCSE or equivalent vocational qualification (NVQ 3 or equivalent)
