Keeping a busy property office running smoothly takes more than completing paperwork – it means making sure every detail is right, every deadline is met and nothing gets missed. As a Branch Administrator, you’ll be at the heart of a well-established independent estate agency, supporting both its residential sales and auction operations.
You’ll have plenty of variety and responsibility, from preparing property documentation and coordinating appointments to supporting the auction process. It’s an opportunity to use your strong administration skills in a busy, highly detail-driven environment, providing essential support to the team and ensuring tasks are handled accurately and efficiently.
What’s in it for you
£30,000–£35,000 salary, depending on experience
A permanent, full-time position with an established independent property business
A varied role covering both estate agency and property auctions
The opportunity to take ownership of important branch administration
Exposure to property sales, legal documentation and the auction process
The chance to become an integral part of an experienced, close-knit team
Your responsibilities as Branch Administrator
Prepare property particulars, valuation letters, contracts and Memorandums of Sale accurately and on time
Manage appointments, diaries, CRM records, invoicing, spreadsheets and other branch documentation
Coordinate EPCs, floor plans, AML and identification checks, ensuring records remain accurate and complete
Handle enquiries, arrange viewings and valuations, and liaise with clients, buyers, vendors, solicitors and other third parties
Support auction preparation, including property particulars, catalogues and legal packs, while coordinating documentation with solicitors
Assist during auctions by recording bids and supporting the completion of contracts and deposits
What we’re looking for in a Branch Administrator
Strong administration experience gained within a busy, deadline-driven environment
Excellent accuracy, organisation and attention to detail when managing documentation and records
Confident written and telephone communication skills for dealing with clients and professional third parties
Experience using CRM systems, Microsoft Office and Excel
Previous estate agency, property, conveyancing or auction experience would be advantageous, but is not essential
Working hours:
Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm, plus alternate Saturdays. Saturday working forms part of the contracted hours and is reflected within the advertised salary.
If you’re ready to put your administration skills at the centre of a busy property operation and take on a role with genuine variety and responsibility, apply today for the Branch Administrator position.
