- A varied role covering both estate agency and property auctions
- The opportunity to take ownership of important branch administration
- Exposure to property sales, legal documentation and the auction process
- The chance to become an integral part of an experienced, close-knit team
- Prepare property particulars, valuation letters, contracts and Memorandums of Sale accurately and on time
- Manage appointments, diaries, CRM records, invoicing, spreadsheets and other branch documentation
- Coordinate EPCs, floor plans, AML and identification checks, ensuring records remain accurate and complete
- Handle enquiries, arrange viewings and valuations, and liaise with clients, buyers, vendors, solicitors and other third parties
- Support auction preparation, including property particulars, catalogues and legal packs, while coordinating documentation with solicitors
- Assist during auctions by recording bids and supporting the completion of contracts and deposits
- Strong administration experience gained within a busy, deadline-driven environment
