We are currently looking for a reliable and organised On-Site Administrator to join our busy team in Crick, Northampton on a temporary ongoing basis. This is a varied administrative role, ideal for someone who is confident using computers, has excellent attention to detail and can work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurate data entry and maintaining records
  • Following up on compliance tasks and outstanding actions
  • Driver confirmations and supporting daily operational requirements
  • Coordinating and assisting with new starters
  • Liaising with drivers, new starters and the wider team
  • General administration and supporting the smooth running of the operation
  • Keeping systems and records accurate and up to date
About You The

ideal candidate will be:

  • Organised and highly reliable
  • Detail-oriented with good administration skills
  • Confident using computers and Microsoft Office
  • A good communicator who is comfortable speaking with drivers and colleagues
  • Able to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines
  • Flexible and happy working in a busy operational environment

Previous experience in administration, logistics, transport or compliance would be advantageous but is not essential.
