What you'll be doing:
* Field calls from members of the public seeking assistance with their claim
* Keep regular contact with court staff at processing sites across the country
* Resolve customer queries across a range of contact channels, with the customer at the heart of everything you do
* Consistently meet performance indicators for accuracy and timeliness
* Contact customers to arrange dates for appointments
* Carry out phone and general admin duties, following set procedures and instructions under general supervision
* Prepare routine correspondence and act as an administrative liaison with internal and external sources
* Update in-house systems and send out letters, applications, and orders
What you'll bring:

* Flexibility and the ability to adapt across teams and processes
* Clear, customer-focused communication and the ability to resolve queries effectively
* Strong computer literacy and confidence using standard Microsoft applications
Additional information:
* Working hours:
Monday-Friday, 08:30-17:00 (37 hours per week)
* Pay rate: £13.25
