Operations Administrator
Ren Eco is looking for an Operations Administrator to join our Administration Department. This position requires someone with excellent attention to detail and proficient in excel. This position, reporting to our Customer Operations Manager, is office based, working Monday – Friday.
Main Duties
Documentation Management:
Conduct thorough document checking and actively resolve administrative queries.
Data Preparation & Input:
Accurately transpose operational data into Excel spreadsheets.
Reporting Support:
Assist with the collection, recording, and preparation of operational reports for internal and external (customer) use.
General Administration:
Support the daily flow of administrative tasks to keep company operations running smoothly.
Excel
Skills:
High proficiency in data entry, formatting, and handling spreadsheets.
Attention to Detail: A strong focus on accuracy when verifying documents and numbers.
Communication &
Collaboration:
Ability to work seamlessly within an expanding administrative team
