Repair Centre
Northampton NN5 | 40 hrs per week | Up to £26,436.80 per annum

About the Role
Working within one of our teams you will grow experience and skills within business administration covering aspects of procurement, customer service and vehicle damage assessment. Training is primarily on-the job, supported by various e-learning modules, which are certificated and will become part of your continuous professional development (CPD) portfolio.

During the traineeship you will further develop your skills related to: IT, Problem solving, Numeracy, Logical thinking and Team working. The initial training for this role is scheduled for 18 months and is designed to provide the opportunity for self-development across various areas of the business.
What is the expected career progression after this traineeship - The traineeship will give candidates the best opportunity to develop and reach their maximum potential and, subject to progression, lay the foundation for developing your career within the body repair sector.
About You
Desired personnel qualities and qualifications - We will be looking for those who can demonstrate reliability, strong work ethic and dedication to complete the traineeship and further their career within the automotive sector and who have attained the following qualifications – GCSE or equivalent level English and Maths (min Grade 5 or
C). Desired – Further education qualification in Business Studies (A level or Degree equivalent). Previous automotive parts experience would be an advantage.
