Centred in our state‑of‑the‑art Technical Centre in Northampton but also at our North American base on the East Coast of the US, we are building a team that reflects our ambitions.
We are now looking for people with a winning mindset and passion for technical excellence to help us shape the next chapter of Garage 59. Garage 59 has a Number 2 Mechanic F1®/Hypercar/GT3/GT4 vacancy opening up within its expanding vehicle collection department as well as the race team. These roles require skill sets from current F1® and hypercar technicians, as well as experienced GT3 and GT4 race technicians.
You’ll be working across a diverse fleet of high‑performance vehicles, including modern and historic Formula 1® cars, cutting‑edge hypercars, and GT3/GT4 race cars.
- Lead restoration, maintenance, and event preparation of historic Formula 1® and classic race cars.
- Ensure authenticity and mechanical integrity of heritage vehicles.
- Maintenance, and event preparation of GT3/GT4 race cars
- Maintain detailed service records and parts inventories.
- Support logistics and presentation at concours, exhibitions, and private events.
- Experience with historic motor sport vehicles or classic car restoration.
- Deep mechanical understanding and appreciation for heritage engineering.
- Ability to work independently and uphold presentation standards.
- Passion for motor sport history and craftsmanship.
- Must have the right to work in the UK.
