Overview
As an Audi Diagnostic Technician, you will be an integral member of the Aftersales Team, ensuring that all vehicles are maintained and repaired to the highest manufacturer and industry standards. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional technical workmanship while safeguarding customer vehicles and maintaining an organised and compliant workshop environment.
Responsibilities- Diagnose and resolve complex faults using advanced Audi systems.
- Carry out high-level repairs and maintenance to manufacturer and company standards.
- Support and mentor junior technicians.
- Work effectively with the Service team to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and complete electronic service records.
- Contribute positively to workshop efficiency and team performance.
- Maintain exemplary standards of housekeeping within your working area.
- Level 3 Qualified (IMI or equivalent) Diagnostic Technician.
- Relevant experience with diagnostics, electrical and mechanical systems.
- Highly motivated to consistently achieve individual and team targets.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy of workmanship.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Audi Accredited.
- Previous experience working within a main dealer workshop or for a VAG Brand.
