THE ROLE INCLUDE:
· Diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles to BMW/MINI UK standards
· Performing high-quality vehicle maintenance and repairs following manufacturer guidelines. Ensuring every vehicle is safe, reliable, and performing at its best.
· Conducting thorough inspections of vehicle components to assess wear, damage, or required replacements
· Meeting productivity and quality targets
· Advising on additional repair needs and providing expert technical guidance to customers when required
· Communicating clearly and professionally with customers through video health checks and Cit Nows
· Staying updated on technical information and BMW/MINI innovations
· Road testing vehicles when required YOUR PROFILE.
· IMI Level 3 Motor Vehicle qualification (or equivalent)
· Experience in a main dealer or reputable service/repair environment (BMW/MINI preferred)
· Strong background in complex repairs and maintenance
· Eligible to work in the UK with a clean UK driving licence (min. 1 year) ABOUT US.
