Centred on our state-of-the‑art Technical Centre in Northampton, in the heart of the UK’s Motorsport Valley, but also at our North American base on the East Coast of the US, we are building a team that reflects our ambitions.

We are now looking for people with a winning mindset and passion for technical excellence to help us shape the next chapter of Garage 59.

We’re looking for a highly skilled Performance Engineer to lead the analysis and optimisation of our GT3 race cars competing in the leading GT3 series and prestigious races around the world.

• Analyse vehicle performance data to identify trends and optimise race strategy.
• Develop and refine simulation models, setup tools, and performance metrics.
• Work closely with Race Engineers and Drivers to improve car balance and tyre usage.
• Support pre‑event planning and post‑event analysis across Sprint and Endurance formats.
• Collaborate with technical partners and manufacturers to enhance vehicle performance.
• Contribute to the development of tools and processes for continuous improvement.

• Experience in Formula 1®, GT3, WEC, or other top‑tier motor sport environments.
• Strong skills in data analysis, simulation, and performance modelling.
• Proficiency in tools such as Bosch Wintax, MoTeC, ATLAS, MATLAB, or similar.
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours.
• Engineering degree or equivalent experience.
• Must have the right to work in the UK.
