This is an excellent opportunity for a trainee or graduate looking to build a long-term career within a highly technical and growing industry. You'll receive comprehensive training from experienced EMC professionals, working with everything from individual electronic components to complete vehicles in a state-of-the-art laboratory.
What we're looking for:
- Soldering experience.
- A good understanding of electrical and electronic components.
- A keen interest in developing a technical career.
- Excellent attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
- Carry out EMC testing accurately and efficiently, ensuring work is completed to the required standards and timescales.
- Maintain laboratory equipment and test cables.
- Ensure the laboratory and test areas are clean, organised and safe.
- Check that the latest documentation is available before testing begins.
- Accurately record test results in line with ISO 17025 and internal quality procedures.
- Report any inconsistencies relating to documentation, equipment or testing procedures.
