Up to £37,000 per annum  Bonus Dependant on Experience Job Type: Full-time, Permanent SMART Repair Technician | Bodyshop | Automotive We are currently recruiting for an experienced SMART Repair Technician to join a busy and growing automotive bodyshop in Coalville. This role is ideal for someone with a background in vehicle repair, cosmetic repair, paint spraying, or panel repair who is looking for a stable, long-term opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out SMART repairs (Small to Medium Area Repair Techniques) on vehicles Repair bumper scuffs, scratches, dents, alloy wheels, and minor body damage Work on a range of vehicles including cars, commercial vehicles, and fleet vehicles Ensure all repairs meet BVRLA / insurance / manufacturer standards Maintain a clean and safe working environment Requirements:
Proven experience as a SMART Repair Technician /Bodyshop Technician Experience in bodyshop, accident repair centre, or vehicle refurbishment environments Ability to carry out end-to-end cosmetic vehicle repairs Full UK Driving Licence High attention to detail with a focus on quality and efficiency Desirable

Skills:

Experience with alloy wheel refurbishment Background in panel beating, vehicle prep, or detailing Knowledge of insurance repair processes Whats on
