Van Technician

We are seeking an experienced Van Technician to join a reputable main dealer in Northampton. This is a full-time Van Technician position offering excellent earning potential and career progression within a well-established dealership. The Van Technician will be an integral part of a dedicated team, working in a modern, fully equipped workshop with advanced diagnostic tools and manufacturer support. Benefits:
Competitive basic salary of £33,600 with attractive bonus potential, OTE £52,800. Diagnose, service, and repair light commercial vehicles to manufacturer standards. Perform routine vehicle health checks and diagnostics. Ensure customer satisfaction through high-quality work and professional communication. Maintain safety and quality procedures at all times. Keep technical knowledge current through manufacturer training. Contribute to workshop productivity and efficiency. Requirements: NVQ/C&G Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair or equivalent qualification. Proven experience as a Van Technician.

Full UK driving licence. Ability to interpret technical manuals and diagnostic equipment. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. MOT Tester qualification (desirable but not essential). Previous main dealer experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
