Your Apprenticeship Will Include- Induction & Onboarding:
Learn company structure, complete mandatory training, and develop basic admin skills - Manufacturing Insight:
Understand shopfloor processes and how they link to commercial operations - Administrative Foundations:
Master ERP systems, document management, and business communication - Procurement Fundamentals:
Engage with suppliers, assist with quote analysis, and learn cost awareness - Intermediate Responsibilities:
Manage office supply ordering, support supplier onboarding, and identify process improvements - Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard
- 1 day per month at Northampton College
Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 08:30 – 17:00
Location:
Northampton, England – Northamptonshire
Salary: £24,000 – £30,000 per annum
