Business Development Manager Freight Forwarding

Salary: £30-60k plus commission and company bonus

Headquarters in Northamptonshire but fully field‑based role

To apply for this role you must have strong experience as a Business Developer within Freight Logistics, ideally in Air and Sea.

Key Responsibilities
  • Management and development of a defined customer portfolio
  • Establishment and expansion of the strategic network with partners, associations, and other players
  • Design and implementation of new strategies in marketing and sales
  • Making forecasts of future trends and developments
  • Knowledge transfer to the organization
  • Monitoring and reporting
  • Market and competitor analysis
  • Presence at trade fairs and conferences
