In this role, youll act as the vital link between our clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication, resolving issues promptly, and identifying opportunities to add value.

Were looking to offer a salaryof £45,000 to £52,000 per annum depending on experience. Youll be part of a supportive team culture that values safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement. What youll do on a typical day:
Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular meetings, business reviews, and proactive communication to ensure satisfaction and loyalty Monitor performance against SLAs and KPIs, escalating issues promptly and working closely with Operations and Planning teams to resolve concerns and maintain compliance Identify and act on opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within client accounts, supporting revenue growth and highlighting potential areas for added value Ensure accurate invoicing and maintain profit margins, verifying all activities are captured correctly, addressing discrepancies, and supporting financial integrity Work closely with clients to obtain detailed forecasts, enabling effective operational planning and ensuring resources align with client requirements What you need to succeed at GXO:
Proven experience in account management or client relationship roles, ideally within a fast-paced logistics, service-driven environment Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build trust at all levels Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teams, ensuring client needs are met effectively and operational plans are supported Proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent organisational skills, with attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving Commercial awareness and ability to interpret financial data, ensuring accurate invoicing and maintaining profitability across accounts We engineer faster, smarter, leaner supply chains
