Salary - £30,000 – £32,000 per annum

Monday – Thursday: 08:30AM – 17:00PM
Friday: 08:30AM – 16:00PM

Duties include:

-End-to-end Coordination of sales orders, logistics, invoicing, financial processing, compliance and quality control.

-Acting as operational hub liaising with Sales, Warehouse, Finance, Production, Couriers and Customers to ensure seamless execution from order entry through to production, shipment, invoicing and financial reconciliation.

-Processing Health and Safety Administration.

- Quality checking materials.

This is a high-ownership, high-visibility role requiring exceptional attention to detail, sound financial awareness, and strong operational judgement.

Key Skills & Experience

Applicants should demonstrate (or be willing to develop):

Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and cloud-based platforms
Basic understanding of accounts and financial processes
Knowledge of export documentation and customs requirements (preferred)
Experience coordinating logistics and warehouse operations, or transferable operational experience
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills, both face-to-face and with remote/overseas colleagues
Confidence working onsite in a hands-on operational capacity
