Working closely with some of our customers, such as ASOS, River Island, Iceland, Sainsbury’s, and hundreds more, our two-year graduate development programme encompasses structured rotations in both warehouse and transport functions, covering roles such as First Line and Shift Manager. With mentorship from senior leaders, exposure to high-impact projects, and the opportunity to gain a professional qualification (CMI), you’ll build the foundations of a successful long-term career.

• You’ll be offered a starting salary of £29,000 per annum, rising to £31,000 in your second year.
• Opportunities are available in different parts of our operations, giving you invaluable industry experience. You will learn all aspects of supply chain and be involved in exciting and meaningful projects that will help you choose the best pathway for your career.
• GXO has a wealth of experience and knowledge to draw upon, with a pool of innovators who will support and help you grow.
• You will also take part in projects with your Graduate cohort, as well as the Million Makers competition; organising fundraising activities to raise money for the King’s Trust.

• You will develop knowledge, skills, and experience in all areas of our operations and will be supported by a structured learning and development programme alongside relevant job-related training.
• Supply chain and logistics management – from the foundations of the operation through to managing a high-performing team.

As an Operational Management Graduate:

• As a minimum, we require you to have a 2:2 or above in any graduate qualification or equivalent.
• Right to work in the UK beyond a Graduate Visa or Skilled work route.
• Full Driving Licence by September 2026.
• Flexible approach to location (you will be expected to move around the UK for different placements).
• The drive and desire to succeed in an exciting environment.
