What you’ll be doing Environmental Sustainability

• Compile environmental data on the company’s impacts and report these to internal and external stakeholders to comply with environmental laws and legislation, including WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment) and utility data.
• Support the team on developing, promoting, and delivering projects to reduce Ricoh UK’s carbon footprint and offsetting initiatives, working with the supply chain, internal stakeholders, and customers.

• Champion, coordinate and promote internal and external Community Investment across RUK, including employee‑led volunteering and fund‑raising, and corporate donations.
• Create, promote and facilitate nationwide volunteering opportunities for employees.
• Support CR strategic partnerships with community and business groups/organisations such as Business in the Community and The Princes Trust.
• Annually report on Ricoh UK’s social input, output and impacts in the communities.

• Facilitate internal and external audits of our ISO Management Systems by scheduling dates and providing stakeholders with information in advance.
• Coordinate, support and advise a virtual team of regional ESG Taskforce members, key internal stakeholders who promote and deliver Ricoh UK’s ESG strategy.
• Compile annual reports, presentations and KPIs on ESG activities, including sustainability, community investment and corporate governance.
• Create and submit written responses regarding Ricoh’s ESG initiatives for bid/tender responses and stakeholder queries.

• A‑level or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, written and oral.
• Ability to present and influence senior management.
• Ability to motivate and influence people without direct authority.
• Ability to establish and maintain credibility with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
• Ability to collate and analyse data to produce clear recommendations for management action.
• Numerate / business background with a high level of computer literacy.
