We're looking for an experienced Senior Bid Manager to lead our bid function and play a key role in securing major new business.

This role offers the opportunity to influence how XPO is positioned in the market, develop compelling customer solutions, and drive bid excellence. On a typical day, you will:
Lead the full bid lifecycle from qualification to submission and review Develop clear, compelling, customer-focused proposals Define and drive strong win themes Manage and coach a small bid team Lead bid reviews, workshops and governance processes Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Finance, Legal and SMEs Maintain bid content, templates and best practice Drive continuous improvement across quality and performance What you'll bring Strong experience managing complex bids and tenders Proven leadership and team development skills Excellent communication and storytelling ability Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong stakeholder collaboration skills High attention to detail and quality Desirable:
