Role Overview

Provide administrative, operational and analytical support to the sales team, ensuring smooth sales processes, maintenance of customer relationships, and contribution to the overall success of the sales function.

Responsibilities
  • Support sales teams through administration, including maintenance and preparation of sales reports and customer databases.
  • Create marketing collateral such as product brochures.
  • Manage key client relationships and drive relationship‑manage initiatives.
  • Prepare sales proposals, presentations and contracts for prospective clients.
  • Manage customer information, track inquiries and issues, and maintain accurate customer records.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (operations, legal, compliance) to ensure smooth execution of sales processes and timely delivery of products or services.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, track performance and provide insights for strategic decision‑making.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential leads, target markets and competitive intelligence.
  • Act as a point of contact for stakeholders outside the immediate function and build a network of contacts.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant rules, regulations and codes of conduct.
Qualifications
  • Knowledge of the payments industry.
  • Exceptional communication and problem‑solving skills.
  • Experience in payments or customer support roles (preferred).
  • Understanding of payments products (issuing & acquiring).
  • Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with relationship managers and multiple business areas.
