Senior Recruitment Partner (on behalf of ISS Facility Services UK)
ISS is a leading Facilities Management provider seeking an Asset and Compliance Manager for our major Retail & Leisure Account, covering three sites in Shepherd's Bush, Stratford, and Croydon.
- Mon to Fri
- Based across one of 3 sites—Shepherd's Bush, Stratford or Croydon—with some coverage of alternative sites as needed
- Salary plus healthcare
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage delivery of asset management activities as per contract requirements such as asset register, CAFM uploads and maintenance plans.
- Enhance Asset Management service offerings to add value to client assets.
- Ensure maintenance procedures align with manufacturer’s specifications or SFG
20. - Own compliance calendar and evidence trail for all statutory & mandatory activities (e.g., LOLER, PUWER, Fire & Life Safety, Water Hygiene, Gas Safety, Electrical); maintain 100% adherence and timely defect close‑out.
- Lead internal assurance audits; produce monthly/quarterly compliance dashboards (KPIs, risks, follow‑up actions).
- Set PPM strategies aligned to SFG
20/OEM guidance and risk profiles; monitor schedule compliance and optimise frequencies. - Implement safe systems of work and Duty Holder / Appointed Engineers permit frameworks; ensure AP, RP and CP processes follow ISS Safe Systems of Work.
- Verify competency/accreditation and “license to operate” for technical personnel and supplier partners.
- Ensure engineering practices continuously comply with legal, statutory and contractual obligations across the account and meet group best‑in‑class requirements.
We need from you:
- Experience managing CAFM across a major FM estate.
- Understanding of Hard FM compliance.
- Ability to work within a wider team structure.
- A technical/engineering qualification would be useful but is not required.
