As aWorkshop Controller you will be an integral member of the Aftersales Team, leadinga large workshop and team of technicians.

• Organising and controlling the throughput of the workshop, to ensure deadlines are met in a timely manner.
• Driving productivity and ensuring that the Workshop Team has a clear understanding of the performance of the department.
• Implementinga robust approach for ensuring that employees have visibility of daily objectives, and that progress is updated appropriately throughout the day.
  
  Ensuring that proactive action is taken to achieve successful outcomes.
• Evaluating and distributing servicing and maintenance work, based upon an effective understanding of skillsets and competencies.
• Ensuring that all documentation and records that are created and maintained by your department are complete, accurate and aligned with any governing quality standards.
• Previous experience in a technical role or within a workshop in the automotive industry
• Highly motivated to consistently achieve targets
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Full UK driving licence
• Previous experience in a similar role / in workshop control
