Quantity Surveyor

PSR Solutions are working with an established client within the Civil Engineering Sector to recruit a Quantity Surveyor to Join their Commercial team on a permanent basis. This role with be a project based out of their Northampton office working across projects across Anglian Water.

Roles and Responsibilities

Ensure robust, accurate and timely cost and value reporting at both project and business unit levels
Ensure accurate cash flow reporting takes place
Carry out cost management, including forecasting
Update the monthly CVR, cost and commercial plan
Accurate monthly forecasting
Ability to challenge resources and costs
Maintain deadlines in line with the monthly commercial calendar

Quantity Surveyor Requirements

BSc in Quantity Surveying or similar commercial related course
NEC Contract experience is Essential
Previous experience in the construction industry
Ability to demonstrate a good knowledge of monthly reporting and earned value analysis.
Have knowledge and experience in estimation and cost analysis.
Excellent communication, numeric and computer literacy skills, proficient in Microsoft Office
Valid driving licence

Salary - £40,000 - £60,000 DOE
